Instructions

  1. Mix the cornstarch with the caramel pudding powder in a small bowl.
  2. Pour 500 ml milk and sugar to taste into a saucepan and heat over medium heat until steaming, about 5 minutes.
  3. Whisk the pudding powder mixture into the hot milk and cook over medium heat for 2–3 minutes, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool for 3–5 minutes.
  5. Gently fold in the mascarpone, vanilla sugar, honey, and cinnamon until combined.
  6. Divide the mixture into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve chilled, decorated as desired.
