Instructions
- Mix the cornstarch with the caramel pudding powder in a small bowl.
- Pour 500 ml milk and sugar to taste into a saucepan and heat over medium heat until steaming, about 5 minutes.
- Whisk the pudding powder mixture into the hot milk and cook over medium heat for 2–3 minutes, stirring constantly, until thickened.
- Remove from heat and let cool for 3–5 minutes.
- Gently fold in the mascarpone, vanilla sugar, honey, and cinnamon until combined.
- Divide the mixture into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve chilled, decorated as desired.
