Instructions

1. Peel the banana, cut in half lengthways. Place the two halves on a suitable plate for the microwave. Drizzle with lemon juice and honey, dust with cinnamon.
2. Heat without cover at 850 W for one minute.
3. Sprinkle with pistachios and serve the ice cream scoop immediately.
