Instructions

  1. Put the caramel candy in the Thermomix and briefly chop it into small pieces. Then put the cream and chocolate in the mixing bowl and stir for 7 minutes at 60 ° on level 1. If necessary, mix again on turbo if there are still bits left. Add the vodka (the amount can of course be varied depending on your taste) and stir briefly.
  2. Let cool down and enjoy.
  3. The liqueur will keep in the refrigerator for at least 4-6 weeks. The specified amount results in approx. 350 ml of liqueur.
  4. Without Thermomix, you simply have to slowly heat the cream, candies and chocolate in a saucepan until everything has dissolved (do not boil!). Mix briefly with a hand blender if necessary. Then remove from the stove, let cool down briefly, stir in vodka.
