Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 250 ° C top / bottom heat. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  2. Wash the strawberries, remove the green and cut in half. Then spread the strawberries out on one half of the baking sheet and place them in the oven for a few minutes, on the top shelf, until they are darker red. For me it`s about 4 minutes.
  3. Then spread the marshmallows on the free half of the baking sheet and brown them further with the strawberries. Burn the marshmallows a little, but don`t let them burn. Always keep an eye on the marshmallows! For me it`s about 4 minutes.
  4. After the strawberries and marshmallows have cooled, take or scrape them from the baking paper and put them in a blender. Cut the vanilla pod lengthways and scrape out the vanilla pulp and add to the blender. Finally add ice, milk and vanilla sugar and mix everything vigorously.
  5. Then you distribute the shake in glasses. Add whipped cream and garnish with a strawberry and a few small marshmallows or grated chocolate.
