Instructions

  1. Peel off the onions and cut into rings.
  2. Heat the butter in the pan and melt it. Add the onions and after 2 minutes sprinkle with the sugar and caramelize a little. Deglaze with the balsamic vinegar and let it boil down.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Tastes very good with liver, but also cold as a salad with bread.
