Instructions

  1. Dice the potatoes. Cover and fry in a pan with oil until cooked through.
  2. Reduce the heat and add the tomatoes, marjoram, thyme, garlic, chilli and butter. Turn the potatoes with the spices and fry for 3-4 minutes. Pour the sugar over it, stir and fry and caramelize for another 1-2 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Goes well with roast lamb.
