Boil or scald the espresso with a crushed cardamom pod, salt and cinnamon, add orange juice (room temperature) and pour through a filter. Prepare milk foam and serve with a hood, sprinkle with a little cinnamon if necessary.
In the fully automatic coffee machine: Put the ground coffee plus the crushed cardamom capsule, salt and cinnamon in the powder compartment and press the cappuccino, then pour in the orange juice.
Note: It is completely natural for the milk to fluff up slightly with the orange juice, but it still tastes delicious. In summer it could be enriched with a scoop of vanilla ice cream if necessary.
