• 1 dash Angostura
• Champagne or sparkling wine to fill up
• 1 banana (s) slice for the garnish
• 1 pineapple piece, for decoration
• 1 cherry (s) (cocktail cherry), for decoration

Instructions

1. Put the rum, liqueur and Angostura in a champagne glass, top up with champagne or sparkling wine and stir gently. Garnish the glass with a banana slice, pineapple piece and cocktail cherry.
