Mix the lime juice, wine, garlic, salt and pepper and marinate the prawns in it. Covered in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
Mix the desiccated coconut with the chopped coriander leaves.
Cover the shrimp with flour (it works well by putting flour in a small bag and shaking the shrimp briefly in it), then turn in beaten eggs and finally turn in the coconut-coriander mixture.
