Wash the nectarines, quarter them, remove the stone and cut into small pieces. Peel the kiwi, pineapple and banana and cut into small pieces. Halve the melon and remove the stones and form small balls with a ball cutter or two teaspoons. Mix the chopped fruit with the vanilla sugar and chill. Whip the cream until stiff while adding the coconut milk and sugar. Put the fruit salad in dessert bowls and pour the coconut cream over them.
