Mix all ingredients together in a 1.5 liter saucepan. With a moderate heat supply, heat the mixture while stirring and simmer gently (bubbling) for 10 minutes without the lid while stirring.
Finally, let it cool down a bit and, if necessary, add a little more liquid smoke, honey and salt to taste. Only use the liquid smoke drop by drop. Finally, adjust the salty taste as the liquid smoke is very salty.
Remove the used amount immediately (approx. 4 - 6 tablespoon per person). Fill the rest into a sterile, airtight container, cover with a little sunflower oil and keep closed in the refrigerator. Alternatively, freeze in portions.
