Instructions

  1. Arrange the ham slices decoratively on the plates and drizzle with a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Then season with a little pepper from the mill and grate some parmesan over the top. Wash the chives, pat dry and cut into rolls. Sprinkle a few chives rolls and a few pink pepper berries on each plate.
  2. Serve with toast or baguette.
