Instructions

  1. Wash the carrots and cut into very fine slices. Peel the onions and finely dice them. Peel the garlic and also finely dice it. Sauté the carrots, onions and garlic in the oil.
  2. In the meantime, peel the potatoes and cut into thin cubes. Add to the carrot mix and sweat it too. When everything is nicely steamed, move the carrot mix aside and add the minced turkey. Fry well. Mix everything, pour the vegetable stock over it and simmer gently for about 30 minutes.
  3. Finally add the processed cheese and then season with salt, pepper and cumin.
