- Clean, peel and finely dice the carrots.
- Heat honey in a saucepan, add diced carrots, turn in them. Pour 5-6 tablespoons of water, steam the carrots for about 15 minutes until soft.
- Then finely puree the carrots, let them cool and stir with the cream cheese.
- Wash and peel the apple, remove the core and cut into small cubes.
- Cut the chives into small rolls, add to the carrot and cream cheese cream with the diced apples.
- Season the cream with lemon juice, salt and pepper, pour it into a screw-top or swing-top jar and refrigerate.
