Instructions

  1. Clean, peel and finely dice the carrots.
  2. Heat honey in a saucepan, add diced carrots, turn in them. Pour 5-6 tablespoons of water, steam the carrots for about 15 minutes until soft.
  3. Then finely puree the carrots, let them cool and stir with the cream cheese.
  4. Wash and peel the apple, remove the core and cut into small cubes.
  5. Cut the chives into small rolls, add to the carrot and cream cheese cream with the diced apples.
  6. Season the cream with lemon juice, salt and pepper, pour it into a screw-top or swing-top jar and refrigerate.
