Instructions

  1. Put the ginger in the chopper of the Thermomix and chop for 3 seconds on level 7. Add the onion and chop for 3 seconds on speed 5 and push down with the spatula. Add 10 g butter and steam for 5 minutes in the Varoma on level 1 and then leave to cool for 10 minutes.
  2. Add the carrots and chop for 6 seconds on speed 5. Then push down with the spatula as well.
  3. Add 30 g butter, cream cheese, spices, orange juice and sugar and mix for 15 seconds on speed 3. Add the spring onions - leave a few green rings for decoration - and fold in for 10 seconds on speed 2, transfer and serve sprinkled with green spring onion rings. Tastes very good even after days!
