Instructions

  1. Julienne or roughly grate the carrots and mix with the peanuts. Whip oil, lemon juice (the amount is correct, the dressing should be rather sour) and pepper and possibly a little salt to make a dressing and pour over the carrot and nut mixture. Mix and let steep for a few hours.
  2. The salad can be eaten on its own, but is also good as a side dish when grilling. Can be prepared the evening before and wait in the refrigerator to be used.
