Thaw the puff pastry and preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Wash the vegetables, grate them roughly, mix them with the cheese, sour cream and egg and season with the spices. Halve the dough sheets, press them into the indentations of the ungreased muffin tin, add the filling and press the tips of the dough together a little. Baking time approx. 30 minutes.
