Prepare the vegetables, cut them into large pieces and put them in the blender. Chop until the desired degree of fineness is achieved.
Pour into a salad bowl and season with olive oil, lemon juice, herb salt and fresh or dried salad herbs.
The apple makes the salad nice and juicy and the fennel gives it a special taste.
You can also use other vegetables, e.g., Kohlrabi or cauliflower. In addition, you can of course enrich the raw vegetable salad with nuts, pine nuts or chickpeas.
