Instructions

  1. Prepare the vegetables, cut them into large pieces and put them in the blender. Chop until the desired degree of fineness is achieved.
  2. Pour into a salad bowl and season with olive oil, lemon juice, herb salt and fresh or dried salad herbs.
  3. The apple makes the salad nice and juicy and the fennel gives it a special taste.
  4. You can also use other vegetables, e.g., Kohlrabi or cauliflower. In addition, you can of course enrich the raw vegetable salad with nuts, pine nuts or chickpeas.
