Instructions

  1. Peel and wash the carrots, then cut into small pieces. Put the small pieces of carrot, honey, oil and 1 dash of milk in the measuring cup and puree with the hand blender.
  2. Peel and add the bananas, puree again and gradually add milk. Puree until it has a thick consistency.
  3. I still had very small mini pieces of carrots in the shake, if that bothers me, you should puree or mix it until there are no pieces left.
  4. It doesn`t matter what fat level the milk has, it tastes at 1.5% or at 3.5%, I used 3.5% milk because it tastes creamier.
  5. And if you want, you can also use soy milk, oat milk or almond milk.
