Carrot Banana Smoothie with Orange, Turmeric and Ginger Instructions

  1. Optionally, the banana can be kept in the freezer for about 2-3 hours. Peel the ginger.
  2. Peel the banana and cut it into large pieces.
  3. Remove the peel from the orange and, if possible, remove the seeds and white membranes from the pulp. Cut the ginger into thin slices.
  4. Combine banana, ginger, and orange in a blender bowl. Add turmeric.
  5. Peel the carrots and prepare the carrot juice. If you have a juicer, great, use it to squeeze the juice. If not, grate the carrots on the finest grater.
  6. Transfer the grated carrots to a gauze cloth and squeeze out the juice, leaving the cake on the gauze.
  7. Depending on the juiciness of the carrots, the juice will be about 100-120 ml. Pour the juice into the blender bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
  8. Grind all ingredients on a high-speed blender until smooth.
  9. The vitamin smoothie with carrot juice is ready. Pour it into glasses and serve with ice cubes if desired.
  10. Garnish the glasses with a slice of carrot and fresh mint leaves, add a straw and serve the orange, turmeric, and ginger carrot banana smoothie to the table.
  11. Tasty, healthy, and beautiful – it’s all in one glass!
