Instructions

  1. First preheat the oven to 160 ° C fan oven and grease a cake tin.
  2. Peel the 6 carrots and chop them very finely in a food processor. Finally add the eggs. Add the sunflower oil, orange juice and mineral water to this mixture and stir well. Then add the flour, sugar, baking powder and vanilla sugar and stir everything well. The dough must not be too soft. Then put the dough in a pre-greased cake tin. Now the cake tin with the dough is placed in the preheated oven for approx. 50 minutes (stick test). After baking, take the cake out of the mold and let it cool down.
