Instructions

  1. Put the oatmeal, water, and salt in a pan. Bring the mixture to a boil and stir well. Add the almond drink, zucchini, carrots and spices and let everything simmer for 2 - 5 minutes. Keep stirring every now and then. If the porridge gets too thick, you can always dilute it with a little more almond drink or water.
  2. Garnish the porridge with grated apples and nuts.
  3. One serving has 420 Kcal.
