Instructions

  1. Dice the bacon and fry it. Dice the onions and fry them briefly. Add the peeled and diced carrots and fry them briefly. Cut the peeled potatoes and apples into cubes and add them. Pour the vegetable stock on top. Season with pepper and nutmeg, possibly also salt (be careful, with the vegetable broth and sausages it is not absolutely necessary to add salt). Place the sausages on top and simmer over low heat with the lid closed for approx. 40 to 60 minutes.
