Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the carrots, potatoes and onions.
  2. Fry the minced meat in hot oil until crumbly, season a little. Add onions and roast with them. Deglaze with the broth. Add the potatoes, diced carrots and sprig of rosemary. Let simmer gently for about 15-20 minutes. Just before the end of the cooking time, stir in the ajvar and crème fraîche and season again to taste.
