Instructions

  1. Grate apple and carrot in a bowl. Chop the grapes and add them. Mix with honey, lemon juice, nuts, oatmeal and chia seeds.
  2. Layer alternately yogurt and muesli in prepared glasses. Finally add 1 teaspoon of yoghurt at the top.
  3. Serve garnished with raspberry syrup or something similar, for example.
