Finely chop the onions. Peel the carrots and slice lengthways into thin strips. Cooking spaghetti.
Sauté the onions in the butter in the wok, add the carrots and sauté until al dente. Dust with curry and pour on the cream, sour cream and broth. Season with oregano, salt and pepper to taste (you can season well, as the pasta will swallow a lot of taste later). Pour off the finished spaghetti, add and toss.
