Instructions

  1. Peel the carrots, cut into small pieces, cook in vegetable stock and puree. Mix the puree back into the vegetable stock, stir until a homogeneous mass is formed. Thicken with the peanut butter and season with curry powder. Possibly heat again, but do not bring to the boil again.
  2. Tastes good with pasta, dumplings, etc.
