Instructions

  1. Peel, wash and slice the carrots. Cook over steam for about 10 minutes. Mix the garlic, orange and lemon juice, honey, mustard, cumin, ginger and olive oil.
  2. Mix the lukewarm carrots with the dressing and coriander. Season with salt and pepper. Let it steep for about 1 hour.
