Instructions

  1. Peel, clean and grate the carrots. Stone the dates and cut into fine strips. Mix with the shredded carrots.
  2. Squeeze the lemon. Mix lemon juice with honey, oil, salt and pepper. Peel the ginger and grate it into the dressing. Mix with the salad.
  3. Chill for at least an hour before serving.
