Ingredients
- 2 cup (s) carrot (s), grated, (approx. 5-6 medium-sized)
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed + finely chopped
- Ginger, finely chopped, 3 cm
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar, brown
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- 1 lemon (s), the juice, to taste
- 1 bunch coriander greens, roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoon peanuts, chopped, roasted (or whatever nuts are there)
Instructions
- Mix the ingredients, then fold in the coriander and peanuts and leave to stand in the fridge for 1 hour!
- In this recipe you can replace coriander with fresh parsley (it gets more exciting with coriander)
