Instructions

  1. Finely grate the carrots and apples and pour a marinade of lemon juice, Tabasco, salt, sugar and about 2 teaspoons of cream horseradish over them. Let it steep, mix well and divide on 4 plates. Scatter parsley on top and decorate with a tuff of cream horseradish each.
