Instructions

  1. Clean and grate the carrots. Beat the lemon juice, sugar and salt with a mixer on the highest setting until the sugar is dissolved. Beat further and add the cream in a thin stream (not all at once, otherwise it will curdle). Fold the lemon cream into the carrots and serve immediately.
