Instructions

  1. Peel and grate the carrots, fry them with the salt and 4 tablespoons of olive oil for about five minutes and leave to cool.
  2. Press the garlic and mix with the yoghurt, add the cooled carrots, mix everything together and place on a serving plate. Sprinkle with paprika and pour about 3 tablespoons of olive oil over it.
  3. Have fun copying.
