Instructions

  1. Roast the sesame without fat over a low heat, while washing and grating the carrots. Take the sesame out of the pan and set aside. Fry the carrots in a pan with 1-2 tablespoons of oil until cooked through. In the meantime, cook the broccoli until al dente.
  2. Pour the vegetable stock and milk onto the carrots. Season to taste with thyme, pepper and sugar, bring everything to the boil briefly and then puree. Pour in milk, if necessary, until the desired consistency is achieved.
  3. Pour the soup into a bowl, add the broccoli and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
