Peel the carrots. Finely dice the onions and garlic. Wash and clean the spinach.
Then first dry roast the sunflower seeds in the pan, then remove them. Now fry the onions in olive oil. Then add the spinach leaves, turn occasionally and season with garlic, pepper and salt.
Meanwhile, cut the carrots into spaghetti with the spiral cutter. The spinach is ready after a minute or two. Now the carrots are in the pan. Swirl well and arrange on a pasta plate. Finish with the roasted sunflower seeds. Finished.
