Instructions

  1. Peel the carrots, potatoes and onions and cut into small pieces. Fry the onion with oil until translucent, then add the carrots and potatoes. Pour the broth over everything, initially only using 500 ml and topping up if necessary. Then cook until the carrots and potatoes are tender.
  2. Partially mash the vegetables with the potato masher until the desired consistency is achieved. Sprinkle with pepper and parsley.
  3. Also tastes good with mushrooms and the onion can be easily replaced with spring onions.
