Instructions

  1. Clean, peel, wash and slice the carrots. Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into cubes.
  2. Melt the butter. Peel the onions, dice finely and fry in the butter. Add the potatoes and carrots and fry them too. Pour in the broth and let the vegetables cook in 20 minutes, after 10 minutes cut the debreziner into slices, add and simmer the stew.
