Instructions

  1. Finely grate the baby carrots, press the cloves of garlic. Mix both with quark, olive oil and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper and leave to stand in the refrigerator for 1 hour until eaten.
  2. Is wonderful as a grill side dish, just as well with jacket potatoes.
