Cut the onion into smaller cubes and sauté in a little fat. Dice the carrots and add them. Mix in the diced tomatoes and cream. Season with the broth powder, cumin and pul beaver. Steam for about 15 minutes so that the carrots still have a bite. Sprinkle with the chopped parsley.
Meatballs with freshly mashed mashed potatoes go very well with this.
