Instructions

  1. Peel the carrots and cut into thick slices. Peel, wash and quarter the potatoes.
  2. Boil the carrots and potatoes in 2 liters of salted water. Shortly before the end of the cooking time, turn the coarse sausages in flour and fry them in a pan with oil until they are crispy brown.
  3. When the potatoes and carrots are done, pour off the water and mash everything. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with the fried coarse sausages.
