Peel and slice the carrots. Wash the zucchini and cut into small pieces and wash the prawns.
Melt the margarine in the pan. Add the carrots, zucchini and prawns to the pan and leave in the pan for 10 minutes. Then add the cream cheese and stir.
When the cream cheese has melted, season with paprika, cayenne pepper and oregano. Finally stir in the dried chives and serve.
There was also a mixed salad (lettuce hearts, radishes and tomatoes) and chicken breast fillets.
