- Coarsely grind the hazelnuts, peel and grate the carrots, apples and celery. Put everything in a bowl and mix with sugar, oil and lemon juice.
- Sprinkle with the spring onion rolls and let steep, then serve.
- This can be done in a few minutes with a food processor, but it takes a little longer if it is grated by hand.
