Instructions

  1. Coarsely grind the hazelnuts, peel and grate the carrots, apples and celery. Put everything in a bowl and mix with sugar, oil and lemon juice.
  2. Sprinkle with the spring onion rolls and let steep, then serve.
  3. This can be done in a few minutes with a food processor, but it takes a little longer if it is grated by hand.
  4. This salad is also well received at every party.
