Wash, peel and grate the carrots. Apples, wash, peel, core. Place in lemon water (a few splashes, apples won`t turn brown) and grate.
Put the chopped carrots and apples in a bowl. Add lemon juice, water and salad oil. Mix something up. Finally add honey. Season everything well and let it steep (approx. 30-60 minutes). Arrange everything on a plate.
