Peel the bananas, cut into pieces, drizzle with lemon juice and puree. Add the carrot juice, apple juice, honey and kefir to the bananas. Mix everything together well. Possibly season again with lemon juice and honey. Chill for about 1 hour. Peel the carrots, leave a little green and wash. Divide the drink between 8 glasses and garnish with carrots and apple wedges.
