Instructions

  1. For the salad, put all the ingredients in the mixing bowl and use the spatula to chop up 4 sec / speed 5, then transfer to a bowl. Roast the sunflower seeds in a hot pan without fat and then fold them into the salad. It crackles easily.
  2. If you like, you can also pull some cream cheese underneath.
