Instructions

  1. Peel the carrots and cut into strips 2 mm wide. Halve the leek and then cut into strips. Cut the onion into fine cubes.
  2. Heat the fat and sweat the onion until translucent. Then add the carrots, ginger and leek and sauté too. Deglaze with the vegetable stock and season with salt, sugar and vanilla sugar.
