Instructions

  1. Peel and roughly grate the carrots, wash and clean the spring onions and cut into fine rolls. Mix with the carrots, sauté the pine nuts briefly and add to the salad. Season with sugar, salt, pepper and paprika. A small Pour a dash of oil and vinegar over it, mix and refine with a generous dash of balsamic vinegar.
