Instructions

  1. Roughly grate the carrots and bring to the boil with milk and butter. When they are soft, add the semolina and stir. Cook until the mixture thickens. To let it cool down. Then add the egg, lightly beaten with salt and pepper, mix everything and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Shape meatballs, roll in breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil until light brown.
