Instructions

  1. Knead the flour with butter, egg and a pinch of salt to form a dough and leave it to rest in the refrigerator for about 45 minutes, wrapped in cling film.
  2. Peel the carrots and cut into slices that are not too thick. Now fry the mince crumbly in the oil and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Add the carrots and braise for about 5 minutes.
  3. Let the oven preheat to 200 degrees. With circulating air, the oven is set to 180 degrees. Meanwhile, grease a springform pan and pour the rolled out dough into the pan. Please help to shape a border.
  4. Spread the minced carrot mixture on the floor. Finely chop the garlic and mix with the sour cream, eggs and herbs. Pour over the mince and spread the cheese over it.
  5. The whole thing is now in the oven for 45 minutes.
