Instructions

  1. Cut the carrots into very thin slices. Chop the onion and garlic. Mix the eggs and cream together and season with salt and pepper. Finely chop the parsley and stir in.
  2. Fry the carrots and onions in a large pan in 2 tablespoons of oil for 5 minutes. Fry the garlic briefly. Pour the eggs over it, distribute well and let set in approx. 3 minutes and brown slightly on the underside.
  3. To turn the omelette, turn it out onto a plate. Pour the remaining oil into the pan and slide the omelette back into the pan. Fry for another 3 minutes and then serve immediately.
